Breaking Free

This graphic represents where I've been for this past year. In some ways it's hard for me to believe I haven't posted in this blog for that long. It's been a time of deep listening, turning the ins and outs of my life inside of me and figuring out the answers to life's big questions. One of which is: Why do I want to blog?

I don't claim to have any answers to ANY of life's questions. But I'm aware of this conversation inside of me, and it just doesn't go away. In fact, it is getting more persistent and louder all the time. Write. Share what you're thinking. Be of service. Be fearless and share YOU.

My last blog posts, way back a year ago, put me into this place of wondering. It was lovely to explore what Don Miguel Ruiz had to say about The Four Agreements. An interesting contemplation. And, a complete copout on my part, to piggyback onto someone else's wisdom in order to share my own.

We all have our piece of the puzzle to share. In whatever way we come forward, I believe we are here to share our gifts. How would it feel to share in an uncensored manner? To simply express from a personal, authentic place and not fear what someone might think or say about our contribution?

Well, I aim to find out. And I hope you do, too. Whether your gift is words, or song, or painting, or smiling, or loving, or whatever - how would it feel to just let it flow? To be free? In my case, to let go of the worries about how many other blogs there are out there, or who's words might be better crafted or more poetic or more important than mine. Just give it away. No strings - or fears - attached.

The ice has been broken. I look forward to playing in this arena, to stretching myself to share my unique perspective on this world.

Is there any ice in your world that could be broken, freeing you up to share your unique gifts??

Check this out - I searched for an image of broken ice to share here, and discovered this: when you look at broken ice through a microscope, it contains rainbows!

Peace, my friends,

Zardoya
